Online Analysis:
This involves the real-time measurement of material characteristics. ETI's analyzer products use a no-contact, non-destructive process to analyze 100% of the material as it passes through the analyzer. This real-time data enables immediate control over sorting, blending, stockpile management, and other quality control measures during material processing, making it crucial for dynamic process adjustments.
Offline Analysis:
This method involves collecting samples through on-belt sampling systems, material crushers, or manual collection, followed by laboratory analysis. The results from offline analysis can take hours or even days to complete, which limits its utility in situations requiring real-time process control decisions.
Laboratory Analysis:
While it is not suited for real-time process control, laboratory analysis remains valuable for confirming the accuracy and reliability of the data provided by ETI analyzers.
